Regina B. Edwards is a member of Alabama State Bar Association (1987), Maryland State Bar Association (1988), and California State Bar Association (1990).
After receiving her law degree in 1987 and graduating second in her class from Jones School of Law, she went on to become a licensed attorney and practiced as an associate attorney in Maryland and California.
In 1992, Regina came to Wetumpka and began practicing with the law firm of Joe A. Macon, Jr. and Associates.
She started Edwards & Edwards, P.C. in 1993 with an emphasis on real estate law and general business from the experience she had developed.
In 2004, Regina made the decision to focus on the expansion of her firm and branch into civil litigation in addition to practicing business and real estate law.
She now refers to her firm as a General Practice, focusing on her relationships with clients in the most personable approach. She has, since then, become Wetumpka's own city attorney and is an engaged member of the City of Wetumpka.
Justin D. Edwards graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Justin was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2018 and the State Bar of Florida in 2019. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Elmore County Bar Association and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Wetumpka Planning Commission.
Justin is a licensed title insurance agent and works in our Litigation and Real Estate sections. He is an appointed special district attorney for ad valorem tax appeals and handles corporate matters, wills, trusts, and estates for the firm. He's married to Victoria Edwards and they have two wonderful children, Abigail and Sam.
Robert B. Reneau graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1972 with a B.A. in Political Science. He served as an Officer in the United States Navy from 1972 – 1975. Reneau graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1978 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar on April 28, 1978.
Robert B. Reneau has practiced law in Wetumpka, Alabama since 1978 as a member of the firms of Reneau, Enslen & Reneau, Reneau & Reneau, and Reneau & Thornton. He is a member the Alabama State Bar Association and the Elmore County Bar Association and served as President of the Elmore County Bar Association in 1983. Reneau has previously served as Municipal Judge in the Town of Eclectic and the City of Wetumpka.
Mr. Reneau has achieved the highest rating (AV) assigned by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is counsel for First Community Bank, PrimeSouth Bank and the Elmore County Revenue Commissioner’s Office. He specializes in Wills and Estates, Domestic Relations and general civil litigation.
Mr. Reneau has been a member of the Wetumpka Rotary Club since 1978 and is a life-long member of the First United Methodist Church of Wetumpka. He has served in many civic capacities and coached youth baseball in Wetumpka for 14 years.
